This Shipping Policy explains how IRONIX-TRD processes and delivers orders placed through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver orders within Malaysia only.
- We do not provide international shipping at this time.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate Malaysian delivery address when placing an order.
- We are unable to deliver to restricted, inaccessible, or incomplete addresses.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping within Malaysia is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
- Any special delivery charges that may apply will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
- We do not currently provide overnight, same-day, or express delivery services.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
- Processing may take longer during promotional periods, public holidays, high-order-volume periods, or unexpected operational disruptions.
- Orders containing unavailable or backordered products may require additional processing time. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3 to 7 working days after the order has been processed.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery to East Malaysia, rural areas, or locations outside major service areas may require additional time.
- Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, road closures, security checks, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not considered a breach of this policy.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking information may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your account once the order has been handed to the courier.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
6. Delivery Information
- Please ensure that your recipient name, contact number, postcode, and delivery address are complete and accurate.
- IRONIX-TRD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
- Requests to change the delivery address must be submitted before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order has been handed to the courier, we may be unable to change its delivery address.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or failure to collect the parcel.
- Any redelivery arrangement is subject to confirmation by our customer service team.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Parcels
- Customers should inspect the parcel as soon as it is received.
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears to have missing items, please contact us promptly.
- Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and products.
- Claims will be reviewed according to the order records and available courier information.
9. Separate Parcels
- Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
- Separate tracking numbers may be provided where applicable.
- Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.
